Teaching Big Sky’s children

Survey to assess program needs

Those trusted with the community’s children want to make sure they are being as effective as possible in meeting program needs.

The wise words of Nelson Mandela, spoken in 1995, apply to all nations and continue to ring true: “Our children are the rock on which our future will be built, our greatest asset as a nation. They will be the leaders of our country, the creators of our national wealth who care for and protect our people.”

Taking the responsibility of teaching the community’s children seriously, Big Sky Discovery Academy, the Big Sky School District and Morningstar Learning Center with the help of Big Sky Chamber of Commerce have collaborated to create the Community Youth Care and Program Needs Assessment, being distributed by the Big Sky Community Organization.
